I have been working with Praetorian for 7 years as Human Resource Manager and my favourite part about the company is the diverse work experience and locations, the international work and how much I am involved as a whole with the day to day operations.

I’ve worked with Praetorian for approximately 1.5 years in 2011-2012 and currently for just over 3 years, since June 2016. My most favourite part about working at Praetorian is working on challenging projects in interesting locations, and seeing all aspects of the project since we are interconnected with all the stakeholders. Managing challenging projects in various environments, and adjusting to the different culture of each new work environment are very interesting as well.

 At Praetorian, there is a complete team of competent and experienced staff in all disciplines, making for environment of continuous learning. The senior management is always engaged with employees and make themselves available for both work and administrative queries. Praetorian has an inclusive approach with their employees, involving them in corporate vision.

The company seems to have a long term plan to increase growth and less dependency on market fluctuations. I plan to support the senior management team as the company’s growth leads to an increased workload across the board
