Overview

Calabrian’s SO2Clean Production Facility Project is a 100 TPD Liquid Sulphur Dioxide Production Plant in Northern Ontario, Canada. The project includes Engineering was completed by Bestech Engineering from Sudbury Ontario. Praetorian was responsible for overall Project Management and Construction Management. Praetorian’s overall project management expertise including experience in remote locations construction and engineering / procurement / construction interface management, expertise was critical to the success of this project.

Feasibility Data Review and Validation:

• Budget Review – Reviewed client’s man-hours and budget estimate. Provided feedback for budget validation.
• Schedule Review – Reviewed clients proposed schedule. Provided feedback for project timeline validation.

Value Engineering / Constructability:

• Process and Infrastructure – Plan equipment installation sequencing within building erection, provide feedback to designers to reduce construction costs
• Earthworks – adapted site specific materials, characteristics and construction equipment resources into the design. Provide alternate layouts to compare and show the work sequence.

Civil and Earthworks:

• Estimate and contract support
• Direction and supervision of work
